Learn about us
Stories Through the Ages was founded in October 2020, the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Founder Mihir Relan saw an opportunity to take action and launched a social venture to serve populations most affected by the quarantines. Today, we are a federally recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving people around the world.
Stories Through the Ages was launched as a social enterprise project in October 2020.
The first half of 2021 was spent testing virtual programs and creating a prototype business model.
Moving towards the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, Stories Through the Ages is working in-person now.

With limited social interaction and mobility, it is possible that senior citizens start having a feeling of worthlessness which sometimes develops into depression and other mental illnesses because of the lack of interaction and activity.
On the other side of the spectrum, younger, socioeconomically disadvantaged, children are often left home alone for most of the day because their parents are at work, and the children have no guidance on how to learn on their own.
Innovation: We are continuously improving and tailoring new unique programs.
Learning: We are continuously learning about the populations we want to serve and how to best impact them.
Voluntary Service: We pride ourselves in being a voluntary service that has no motives for personal gain.
Stories Through the Ages was founded by one person but has expanded to a group of executive members. Learn more about the team.
